Middle School
Champion Chapter
The Middle School Champion Chapter program is the prequel to High School Champion Chapter. It is a membership engagement-focused challenge that chapters may complete for national recognition.
Program Information
Chapters work toward building a basic program of work through a calendar of activities to complete throughout the year. Recognition will be given at the Middle School and High School National Leadership Conference to the top 10 states and top 10 local chapters based on the number of points accumulated and quality of entries.

Instructions
- Please use the poster included with your chapter kit or download and review the tracker linked above.
- Be sure to save your documentation for the activities that you choose to participate in as you complete each activity.
- Once you have completed all your activities, please complete the submission form and upload your documentation.
- Each entry should only be submitted once.
*Only local chapter advisers or chapter presidents will be able to access and submit entry forms

General Awards
- Digital certificate & medallion
- Classroom banners awards to chapters earning at least 2,000 points
Awards for NLC Participants
Top 10 Local Chapter Awards:
- Eligibility: Chapters earning at least 2,500 points
- Judging: Based on quality of documentation submissions
- Awards: Plaques & classroom banners, ranked 1st to 10th place
- Special Recognition for 1st Place: Name & school engraved on a plaque displayed at the National Center. New plate added each year for new winners
Top 10 State Chapter Awards:
Determined by total points from local chapter entries
- Awards: Plaques & banners, ranked 1st to 10th place
- Special Recognition for 1st Place: Name & school engraved on a plaque displayed at the National Center. New plate added each year for new winners
Both awards are presented at a special Membership & Partner Awards Ceremony at the National Leadership Conference (NLC). NLC Participants will also receive ribbons
